Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please contact [email protected]

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

THE STAMPING PROCESS

– QUALITY OF THE IMAGE REPRODUCED: THE IMAGES PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT WILL BE REPRODUCED WITHOUT ANY CHANGE BY KOHZY. ANY CHANGE WILL BE BUDGETED AND ACCEPTED PRIOR TO ITS EXECUTION.
Kohzy will only be responsible for image errors (failure to report, mode, icc, size, layout, etc.) if the customer PAYS "HELP" at the time the order is placed.

– Usually lines less than 1 mm. they will not have good playback quality.

– Small and sporadic spots, almost imperceptible, can occur in certain types of printed fabric. This is due to the raised fibers of these fabrics that rub against the printing heads or create a "screen" leaving small specks of the background color of the fabric, and against them no claims are admitted.

– In synthetic fabrics a “halo” effect can be given, especially in the most contrasting prints, with strong colors on white or light backgrounds. It is unavoidable and, therefore, claims about it will not be accepted.

All sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations, or offer exchanges.
